Tyreek Hill has gone through a roller coaster offseason thus far with off-the-field issues, but now there are other concerns surrounding him. After the news was finally announced that Hill would not be disciplined this season for the off-the-field issues, Hill now has some injury concern surrounding him.

According to a report from NFL reporter Dov Kleiman, Hill was carted off of the practice field on Tuesday morning after suffering an injury to his right leg. The injury occurred when Bashaud Breeland hit Hill fairly hard.

While he was carted off the field, there is some hope for optimism in Kansas City. First and foremost, Hill was able to limp to the sideline and did not get carted off immediately. There is still a chance the injury could be serious, but only time will be able to reveal that to us.

Kansas City cannot afford to have Hill suffer a serious injury. Patrick Mahomes and company were one of the most dangerous offenses in the league last year, but that could change quickly.

Hill is the big-play threat for the offense and quite frankly has become one of the best players in the entire league. There have been reports that the Chiefs would like to get a long-term contract done with him, but that has not materialized just yet.

All of that being said, stay tuned for more news on Hill's injury status as it comes out.
