The Kansas City Chiefs entered Sunday afternoon's matchup against the Houston Texans as huge favorites but quickly found themselves down 24-0 in the first half. However, thanks to quarterback Patrick Mahomes, wide receiver Tyreek Hill and the rest of the team's offense, the Chiefs somehow managed to storm back en route to victory.
Not only did Hill and company come back to win the game, but the Chiefs did so in blowout fashion. Despite trailing the Texans by 24 points, Kansas City hung a whopping 51 points on Houston to cap off a 20-point win. It is also worth noting that the Chiefs scored an unheard of 41 consecutive points against the Texans after Houston began the postseason outing with 24 unanswered points of their own.
As one can imagine, Hill was in slight disbelief when asked about his team's offensive explosion after the win.

As a result of the Chiefs' memorable win in Kansas City, Arrowhead Stadium will once again play host to yet another postseason game next Sunday afternoon when they take on the Tennessee Titans. Despite being the sixth seed in the AFC playoff picture, the Titans are a formidable adversary given their dramatic turnaround after getting off to a slow start to the season, which included a 35-32 win over the Chiefs.
Last season, the Chiefs lost in overtime to the New England Patriots in the AFC Championship Game with 37-31 being the final score. Next Sunday will feature an opportunity for Kansas City to accomplish what they barely failed to do a season ago by earning a trip to Super Bowl.
