Win the LA Clippers' win over the Trail Blazers on Thursday, Doc Rivers just notched his 900th win as a head coach.

Check out the all-time winning list below, per NBA.

Rivers started his head coaching career in 1999 with the Orlando Magic. After a few seasons there, he went to the Boston Celtics in 2004. After a few years, Rivers snagged his first title as coach during the 2007-08 season. He led the Hall of Fame trio of Ray Allen, Paul Pierce, and Kevin Garnett to their first championship as well, too. He stayed in Boston for a few more seasons where they would become a perennial playoff contender.

Come the 2013-14 season, he joined the Clippers. This time, he was armed with star guard Chris Paul along with Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan. Together, they would form the team aptly called “Lob City.” They turned into legitimate playoff contenders as well but would fail to get past the first round several times.

Now, he's armed with Kawhi Leonard, Paul George, and a beefed-up bench led by Lou Williams and Montrezl Harrell. Rivers' career coaching record is a clear indication that he has the skills to get it done. It is this fact why many feel that the Clippers have a pretty good chance at winning it all this season.
