Kawhi Leonard is a man of mystery. He's such a private person that people are intrigued with what's going on inside his head. One example of the Los Angeles Clippers star's life is his Twitter profile. He only follows Jamal Crawford out of all the basketball players he has played with or against.

Even Crawford himself is confused by this. A couple of people have asked Crawford why Leonard only follows him on Twitter. Crawford recently had a chance to explain his opinion:

The reason he gave was completely sensible:

“I think what it is, before everyone knew Kawhi Leonard, I had seen him. When he was just a rookie and barely playing. When I say that, I saw that he was going to be a star. To be honest, I couldn't even say it was to this level. But I just knew he would be a star.

“I love how he plays, I love his game. I think with that I think he remembered that I thought about him and liked his game before everybody else was, ‘Oh, Kawhi Leonard!'”

It's great to hear that Crawford was one of the first to recognize Kawhi's talent as he was still starting out in the league. It's even more impressive that his intuition was right and Kawhi is now a world-class player.

Crawford is currently without a team. If he manages to find a home, this season will be his 20th year in the NBA.

Crawford may not have the star power of a Kawhi Leonard, but he is one of the most prolific scorers who has set foot on the hardcourt. Plus, he has this bragging right that Kawhi follows only him on Twitter.
