It didn't take long for another one of Kawhi Leonard's antics to go viral. Following some of his greatest hits like “I'm a fun guy” and “board man gets paid,” the Los Angeles Clippers forward addressed the crowd with a Fat Albert-like “hey, hey, hey” – one that immediately drew the attention from fans, now locked as a staple of his Kawhi-isms. Oklahoma City Thunder rookie Darius Bazley imitated Leonard during the Thunder's home-opener against the Washington Wizards last week, but the Clippers star didn't take much offense to that:

Leonard has become a cult icon in the past year after stepping out of the San Antonio Spurs' fortress, one that often doesn't lend to players' quirks. The 6-foot-7 wing spent seven seasons there being known as the quiet star, but soon revealed other sides to his persona upon being traded to the Toronto Raptors and now signing with the Clippers.

The Klaw recently filed for copyrights on his famous post-championship phrase “What it do, baby” — a sign that he's welcoming the hearsay from players and fans and taking it in stride.

Leonard even clowned his own awkward laugh during the Raptors introductory press conference, one that had been replayed, remixed, and memefied through the course of the season. The 28-year-old address the Toronto faithful with that same laugh, perhaps getting the last one after a year of speculation.
