Friday's matchup between the Los Angeles Clippers and the Golden State Warriors was an opportunity for two rivals to rekindle an old flame. For his part, feisty guard Patrick Beverley decided to debut a special celebration against the Dubs, which features an unusual tickling of his armpit.

To see is to believe, so have a look at Beverley's unique antics, which he busted out in the the third period of the game:

It ‘s certainly unlike any celebration fans have seen in the past, but it isn't surprising that it came from a one-of-a-kind fella like Patrick Beverley. It is only fitting that the 32-year-old combo guard came out with something special in a highly anticipated matchup against the Warriors. Needless to say, the Clippers guard still considers Stephen Curry and the rest of Golden State to be one of his favorite opponents.

Entering Friday's matchup, Beverley had put up averages of 8.9 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.7 assists, while also connecting on 2.1 triples per game as Los Angeles' starting point guard. Once again, he has been a key cog for the Clippers, who themselves have kicked off the new season with six wins in their first nine games.

After the contest against the Dubs, L.A. gets a day off before returning to action on Sunday against the Chicago Bulls.
