Portland Trail Blazers superstar Damian Lillard reminded everyone, including Los Angeles Clippers star Paul George, that he's sent Patrick Beverley and George home in the playoffs before. Things got testy at the end of the Blazers-Clippers game, with Lillard talking smack with Beverley and George.

After George saw Lillard's comments on Instagram, he responded:

The Blazers are still on the outside looking in when it comes to the playoffs. They are 1.5 games back behind the Memphis Grizzlies for the No. 8 seed in the Western Conference after losing to George and the Clippers on Saturday.

It's clear there's still some animosity from George towards Lillard after what happened in the playoffs last season. Lillard sent George, Russell Westbrook and the Thunder home with a 3-pointer from almost half-court right in George's grill. That shot essentially broke OKC up, as George was traded to the Clippers and Westbrook was dealt to the Houston Rockets.

Against the Blazers, Paul George put up 21 points, six rebounds and four assists in 28 minutes. He entered Saturday averaging 21.4 points, 5.7 boards and 3.8 assists.

The Clippers are back in action on Sunday against the Brooklyn Nets. They'll face the Denver Nuggets and Thunder to close out the seeding games before the 2020 playoffs start.
