John Wall's future with the Houston Rockets has been the talk of the town since his arrival last offseason. Now, he just put more uncertainty to it with his latest Twitter activity. Apparently, Wall liked a tweet of an article proposing a trade that will have him pair up with Paul George and Kawhi Leonard on the Los Angeles Clippers.

The article suggested that the Rockets send Wall to LA in exchange for Marcus Morris, Patrick Beverley, Rajon Rondo and Luke Kennard.

The Clippers can certainly use a point guard after it was exposed as a huge weakness during the 2021 playoffs. However, given the trade proposal that will cost them their depth, it is unlikely they would even consider it even if it nets them a pick.

As for John Wall, he could also use a new environment and a team that will give him the best chance of winning. His future in Houston is already in doubt to begin with, and things just got trickier with the Rockets selecting No. 2 overall in the 2021 NBA Draft.

If Houston decides to pick Jalen Green and move Kevin Porter Jr. as the starting point guard, then there is a good chance Wall might want out and the Rockets trade him.

Of course all these are mere speculations as of now. Nonetheless, Wall liking a tweet about his own trade should only serve as a fuel to more trade rumors.
