The Los Angeles Clippers won against the Houston Rockets, but things could have been way different for them after James Harden almost injured Kawhi Leonard's arm.

At one point in the game with Leonard guarding Harden, the Rockets star tried to get a foul off Kawhi. However, in the process, James also clipped Leonard's arm — which is a scary sight upon review.

Fortunately for the Clippers, Leonard came out safe after the play. In fact, he won the game for the LA-based franchise after drilling the go-ahead jumper with less than 20 seconds in the game to give his team the lead for good.

Leonard finished the game with 24 points, six rebounds and three assists. Meanwhile, Lou Williams led the team in scoring with his 26 markers along with three rebounds and eight assists.

Harden, for his part, recorded an incredible stat line of 37 points, eight rebounds and 12 assists. Unfortunately, besides him and Russell Westbrook, the rest of the Rockets team failed to step up.

The Clippers will be happy with the win, but they are undoubtedly more than thankful that Leonard is safe after the contest.

Los Angeles improved to 11-5 on the season after the win, tying the Rockets with an 11-5 record.
