The Los Angeles Clippers are currently sitting in the top spot of an extremely competitive Western Conference, and this is thanks in large part to the outstanding play of veteran forward Tobias Harris. The 26-year-old was amazing yet again on Sunday night, as he dropped a season-high 34 points, leading the Clippers to a victory against the Portland Trail Blazers.

After the win, Harris was so pleased with his own and his team's performance that he let teammate Danilo Gallinari pour some water over his head as Harris was attending to a postgame interview:

Gallinari was trying to sneak up on Harris, but was caught red-handed. The Italian then decided to plea with Harris to allow him to perform the celebratory gesture, to which Harris eventually obliged.

Harris certainly deserved every single drop of that congratulatory splashing, as he was the team's best player on the evening. He almost singlehandedly carried the Clippers with his 34 points (14-of-22 FG, 4-of-4 FT, 2-of-6 3PT), 11 rebounds, one assist, one steal, and zero turnovers in 36 minutes of action.

His heroics were enough to overpower a resilient Portland team, 104-100.

With the victory, the Clippers improved to 13-6 for the season, and have now won nine of their last 11 outings. Harris and co. look to further establish their lead atop the West with a back-to-back set scheduled on Wednesday and Thursday against the Sacramento Kings and the Phoenix Suns, respectively.
