The Indianapolis Colts continue to shock the NFL this season. They have already benched their starting quarterback in Matt Ryan, fired their head coach and offensive coordinator in Frank Reich and Marcus Brady, and hired Jeff Saturday as their interim head coach, despite the fact he has no prior head coaching experience whatsoever.

It didn't take long for Saturday to make his first shocking decision during his tenure as Colts head coach. It seems like all Indy is trying to do right now is confuse their fans as much as possible, and Saturday quickly picked up on that trend. Saturday named the relatively unknown pass game specialist/assistant quarterbacks coach Parks Frazier to be the team's new offensive play-caller starting in their Week 10 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders.

Even if you are a Colts fan, there's a decent chance you have never heard of Frazier before, but you may want to get used to him, because he is all of a sudden in charge of the Colts offense. Similar to Saturday, Frazier has no experience calling plays in his coaching career, but finds himself with a new larger role from out of nowhere.

The amount of turnover the Colts have undergone in the past few weeks is absurd, and while it has already resulted in some ugly football, things could manage to get even worse moving forward. There are question marks all over Indy's roster and coaching staff now, and it may make their Week 10 contest against the Raiders a must-watch event just to see whether they are competent or if they continue their midseason meltdown.
