Connor Andrew McDavid was born on January 13, 1997, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada, to Brian and Kelly McDavid. He has a brother named Cameron, and his father coached youth hockey players. Connor began skating at the age of three years old and he started playing hockey by the time he was four.
