Terrell Owens gained some attention on Sunday. The Dallas Cowboys and Jason Garrett started the 2019 NFL season 3-0. They were riding high and it was hard to imagine them crashing down to earth like they have.

However, here we are through six weeks now and the Cowboys are 3-3 after losing three straight.

The last loss was the worst of the bunch. Dallas dropped a game 24-22 to the New York Jets, a team that was 0-4 before the week.

It didn't take long for people to start ripping on the Cowboys after the embarrassing loss. One of those people was former superstar wide receiver Terrell Owens. The Hall of Famer took to Twitter to blast head coach Jason Garrett.

This is definitely not all that surprising. Owens has always been outspoken and Garrett has long been criticized for a lot of his coaching decisions.

Therefore, this was inevitable. At some point, we'd get Owens calling out Garrett's style on Twitter. That point has finally come.

This is sure to stir up some discussions from analysts and Cowboys fans alike. It will give them something to argue about. Was Owens right, or simply overreacting to a tough loss? Should Garrett still be in that position despite not having much playoff success since arriving?

Those are arguments for another time. For now, the focus should be on the crumbling of the Cowboys. Dallas has lost three straight and suddenly finds themselves clinging to the division when in reality they should be in a much more comfortable position.

Owens seems to feel the same way, and it appears he's calling out the play calling and decision making of Garrett as a main reason.
