Wearing ugly sweaters has been a part of the Christmas tradition for many people all over the world. Despite the designs that have made them infamous, there are still a lot who continue to wear them, as it completes the Christmas feels for them.
Reddit user Swizzay recently came up with NBA jersey designs inspired by the ugly sweaters. They still have the knitted and old-fashioned look to it, giving justice to the article of clothing people of all ages are familiar with.
He made one for all teams competing on Christmas Day, namely the Cleveland Cavaliers, Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, Boston Celtics, Washington Wizards, Minnesota Timberwolves, Oklahoma City Thunder, and Houston Rockets.

The designs perfectly show how creative fans are and how much support they have for the NBA. While it’s not expected to be made for the public and get sold, it could inspire more unique designs to be made in the future. With NBA teams having four jerseys this season, it’s possible that they can have more in the next campaigns, depending on the special occasions being celebrated.
