Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins is no stranger to receiving numerous technical fouls every year due to his on-court behavior.

On Monday night, he was assessed his ninth of the season for what he claimed to be a “friendly” conversation with Los Angeles Lakers assistant coach Brian Shaw.

The 26-year-old Kentucky product went off during a post-game interview about the call made against him and said that he plans to call the league office to question it. He also made it clear that it won't be his last technical foul of the season.

Cousins may have received a lot of technical fouls in the past, but this is the first time he became very vocal about wanting to call for an explanation from the NBA. What was said exactly during his talk with Shaw is still unclear but it is believed to have some offensive language involved for him to be given a technical foul for it.

It'll be interesting to find out what kind of explanation he'll get and what his reaction will be. Once the call is made, there will be a big chance it won't be the last time he'll talk about it.
