The Philadelphia Eagles have a dilemma on their hands. Nick Foles came in during the last five games of the season, taking the team on his shoulders and carried them into the playoffs. He then won a game against the Chicago Bears.

Now, the Eagles young quarterback in Carson Wentz has the potential to be one of the top quarterbacks in the league. He is medically cleared to play, and Doug Pederson had decided to ride the hot hand in Foles rather than go with Wentz moving forward in their playoff run.

On Tuesday afternoon Colin Cowherd on his show “The Herd” discussed whether or not the Eagles should use Wentz over Foles.

Nick Foles had a great game against the Chicago Bears. The Bears have probably the best defense in the entire NFL. Khalil Mack is arguably the best pass rusher in the league. Eddie Jackson has played like a defensive player of the year candidate at free safety.

However, Foles was still able to carry the team to victory. He threw for 266 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions. It's not surprising that Foles threw two because even the best of quarterbacks force turnovers against their defense

Foles had a record of 4-1 in the five games he started in the regular season. He threw for 1,413 yards with seven touchdowns and only four interceptions. His completion percentage was a very efficient 72.3 percent.

Over 11 games, Wentz started them all and threw for 3,074 yards with 21 touchdowns and only allowed seven interceptions. His completion percentage sat at 69.6 percent.

The Eagles will face off next against the New Orleans Saints in an NFC Divisional round
