The All-Pro Team was announced earlier this week, and Darius Slay of the Philadelphia Eagles didn't make the cut. The cornerback only received one vote out of 100. NBC Sports reporter Dave Zangaro tweeted the voting breakdown Friday afternoon.

Slay tweeted “Damn 1 vote!!!” followed by some of his accomplishments this season, including three picks and three touchdowns. He was clearly surprised that more voters didn't consider him a quality candidate for the All-Pro Team.

Despite the snub, Slay got some recognition from Green Bay Packers star Davante Adams.

Adams replied to Slay's tweet, saying that he has always respected the Eagles cornerback's game.

Adams and Slay didn't face each other in the regular season, but there is a chance that they could in the postseason. If the Eagles pull off an upset win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Sunday afternoon, they will go on to face the Packers in the NFC Divisional round of the tournament. The Packers earned a bye week for Wild Card Weekend as the top team in the NFC.

Chicago Bears wide receiver Allen Robinson replied to Slay and Adams, praising them both. Unfortunately, Robinson and the Bears will have to watch the NFL Playoffs from home this year, after finishing the season with a losing record of 6-11.

Slay finished the regular season with 52 tackles, nine pass breakups, three interceptions, and three touchdowns.
