Sunday's contest against the Green Bay Packers resulted in the Philadelphia Eagles' fourth consecutive loss. It was another forgettable outing for a seemingly hapless Eagles side, but for what it's worth, rookie wide receiver Jalen Reagor showed some signs of life on the evening.

After their 30-16 loss against the Packers, Philly head coach Doug Pederson spoke about Reagor, and how he believes the 21-year-old is making the right amount of progress for the squad:

“I think we’re on the right track,” Pederson said, via Paul Domowitch of The Philadelphia Inquirer. “I think there’s still more that we can do. Again, we have to be smart with how much we give him. I don’t want to overload him either. I want him to play free.”

The Eagles selected Reagor as the 21st overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft following an impressive three-year stint with TCU. He has not exactly lived up to the high expectations Philadelphia have on him, but as Pederson expressed above, Reagor seems to be getting there.

Reagor had a number of highlight plays on Sunday against Green Bay including this 74-yard punt return, which resulted in a touchdown for the Eagles with just six and a half minutes remaining in the final period:

It was a good showing from Reagor, but in the end, he wasn't able to help his side to a victory. The Eagles return to action next Monday for their Week 14 matchup against the New Orleans Saints. For his part, Reagor will look to build on what was an encouraging performance against the Packers.
