Everything We Know About Collei

Collei was one of the three characters revealed in the most recent Genshin Impact drip marketing. Here's everything we know about her.

On the official reveal, Collei, The Sprout of Rebirth, was accompanied by a short quote from Amber. This quote references her and Collei's previous friendship that was depicted in the official Genshin Impact manga.

Now onto Collei herself. Her title is Sprout of Rebirth, and she is an Avidya Forest Ranger Trainee, meaning Collei and Tighnari work in the same place, albeit Tighnari holding a higher position. She is a Dendro character, and is speculated to be a 4 star. Her constellation is named Leptailurus Cervarius.

Her constellation details are yet to be announced officially, but have already been datamined.

1. When in the party and not on the field, Collei's Energy Recharge is incerased by 20%.
2. The Passive Talent Floral Sidewinder changes to:
   The Floral Ring will grant the character the Sprout effect from Floral Sidewinder upon return, dealing 40% of Collei's ATK as Dendro DMG to nearby opponents for 3 seconds. If any of the party members trigger Burning, Quicken, Intensify, Spread, Overgrow, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions before this instance of the Sprout effect ends, it will extend the Sprout effect by 3 seconds.

   The Sprout effect can only be extended this way once. If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed. Requires you to have unlocked the Floral Sidewinder Passive Talent.

3. Increases the level of Floral Brush by 3. Maximum level increased to 15.
4. Using Trump-Card Kitty will increase all nearby characters' Elemental Mastery by 60 for 12 seconds.
5. Increases the level of Trump-Card Kitty by 3. Maximum level increased to 15.
6. When the Floral Ring hits opponents, it will create a miniature Cuilein-Anbar that will deal 200% of Collei's ATK as Dendro DMG. Each Floral Brush can only create one such miniature Cuilein-Anbar.

Talents

Elemental Skill – Floral Brush

Throws a boomerang that deals Dendro DMG both as it deploys and as it returns.

Elemental Burst – Trump-Card Kitty

Throws a small mechanical cat sidekick that explodes, causing AOE Dendro DMG. Once it explodes, the cat remains on the field, continuing to deal AOE Dendro DMG.

Passive Talent

Decreases gliding Stamina consumption for your own party members by 20%. Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the exact same effects.

Passive Talent – Floral Sidewinder

If one of your party members has triggered Burning, Quicken, Intensify, Spread, Overgrow, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions before the Floral Ring returns, it will grant the character the Sprout effect upon return, which will continuously deal Dendro DMG equivalent to 40% of Collei's ATK to nearby opponents for 3 seconds. If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed.

Passive Talent

When a character within the Cuilein-Anbar Zone triggers Burning, Quicken, Intensify, Spread, Overgrow, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions, the Zone's duration will be increased by 1 second. A single Trump-Card Kitty can be extended by up to 3 seconds.
