The Atlanta Falcons have a lot of stars on offense led by Julio Jones, who is not only the leader on the field but also hasn't been afraid to be vocal.

The Falcons offense ranks second in the league in passing but has had an issue getting into the end zone and currently rank 26th in scoring. Jones was asked where the disconnect on the offense starts and he said it all starts with everyone improving themselves.

“That’s not us,” Jones said via the Falcons team website. “That’s not good enough to win football games. We need to at least score 21, 28 points a game and we should be able to do with the guys we have. But like I said, everybody just has to fix themselves first.”

In the Falcons last game against the Tennessee Titans, the offense struggled to put up only 10 points and Jones knows that unacceptable with the talent they have. Jones said the guys are working hard, but the attention to detail isn't there and that's what needs to change.

“We are a way better ball club than we presented last Sunday,” Jones said. “The way we took the field, the way, the way we executed everything, it wasn’t us. We played hard as hell, but just detail-wise, there was always one guy here and there.”

Jones has caught 23 passes for 317 yards and four touchdowns and if the team wants to take a step forward, everyone is going to need to step up including their star wide receiver.
