No changes will be made to Nigma Galaxy's Dota 2 roster, as the crew led by Kuroky will stick together for the next DPC Season.
Nigma Galaxy's Dota 2 roster will remain the same for the DPC 2021-2022 season, consisting of:
- Igor “iLTW” Filatov
- Amer “Miracle-” Al-Barkawi
- Ivan “MinD_ContRoL” Ivanov
- Maroun “GH” Merhej
- Kuro Salehi “Kuroky” Takhasomi
Aliwi “w33” Omar remains part of the Nigma Galaxy roster as of today, in an inactive player capacity. The roster was made official by the organization through a tweet.
Nigma Galaxy decided to continue with their current lineup, in spite of the recent merger with Southeast Asian organization Galaxy Racer. A Nigma Galaxy SEA roster, composed of the former Galaxy Racer squad, remains active, composed of inYourdreaM, AlaCrity, Meracle, poloson, and Jhocam.
Nigma Galaxy, then known as Team Nigma, fell short in the Western European Qualifiers for The International 2021, where they were beaten in the lower bracket finals by OG. OG would then beat Tundra Esports in the Finals to become the Western Europe qualifying team to TI, leaving Nigma Galaxy and Tundra both biding their time for an opportunity for the next season. With OG gone, both Tundra Esports and Nigma Galaxy decided to stick to their guns and continue on together this season. Would this decision help them get a shot at the Aegis in the next DPC season?
