Sentinels Zellsis is now the seventh member of the Valorant roster, picked up for the Valorant Champions Tour Last Chance Qualifier.

The announcement for Zellsis' acquisition wasn't as grand as Shroud's induction into Sentinels, but his addition to the Sentinels Valorant roster didn't go unnoticed. Formerly part of the Version1 team, Zellsis is a formidable player with a lot of potential ahead of him in his career. Being the seventh man of the Valorant roster, Zellsis completes Sentinels' lineup for the Valorant Champions Tour 2022 North America Last Chance Qualifier this August.

Jordan “Zellsis” Montemurro is a former CSGO professional player before competing in Valorant. He plays the flex role, which makes him a good addition to an already established roster. While a spectacular team player, Zellsis attracted controversy during last year's pro tear when he acted unprofessionally and exhibited unsportsmanlike behavior during VCT Masters Reykjavik. As a result, he was suspended for the succeeding stages of the VCT. His team went on to finish 5th-6th during the competition but failed to make it to Champions. Before joining Sentinels, Zellsis' former team would also fail to qualify for Masters in either stage of VCT 2022.

Zellsis and Sentinels also already have some prior history within just this year's outing. Back in March, Version1 defeated Sentinels in a tremendous upset that led to Sentinels being eliminated from the Stage 1 NA Challengers, which made Sentinels miss Stage 1 Masters. Now, the team's players must have seen something in him, now that the team has decided to take in one of the players who has put them in this position of having to play for survival in the LCQ in the first place. Zellsis will now have the opposite role, this time making sure that the Sentinels make it back to Champions this year and make his first VCT Champions appearance.
