Genshin Impact Version 2.7 will introduce the 5 star bow wielding character Yelan. Despite being more than a month away, many Genshin Impact players are already looking forward to her release. If you weren't excited enough, here are some animations of Yelan Gameplay.

In case you missed it, here are Yelan's Abilities, Talents, Materials, and Constellations. Her abilities suggest a playstyle primarily geared towards being an off-field Hydro applicator (think Xingqiu), as well as being a quick-swap damage dealer. Apart from her details, here's something nice to look at: her in-game animations.

Yelan's first idle animation is her throwing what looks like a magical die that she conjures from her bangle up in the air and catching it back. This continues the gambling and dice roll thematic that she has on the flavor text of some of her Talents, as well as in her Constellations. The second idle animation shows her admiring the glowing bangle.

Yelan's Normal Attack consists of four consecutive attacks. For the first attack, she simply shoots from her bow. The second shot she crouches briefly before shooting. Yelan gives her bow a little kick for the third shot (don't ask us about the physics of this), before doing some aerial gymnastics as she jumps backward and a flurry of arrows shoot from behind her. All in all, the animations are pretty eye-catching for her Normal Attacks.

Her charge attack is fairly simple: the tip of her arrow glows blue once fully charged, which then explodes into a dome of Hydro DMG on impact. Yelan's Elemental Skill allows her to move faster and deal damage to enemies marked by the “Lifeline,” which is denoted by the trail that her bangle leaves while in this hastened state.

A die and her magical bangle stars in her Elemental Burst animation, before spawning the same die in the overworld and buffing the current active character. The “Depth-Clarion” die attacks enemies for every Normal Attack the fielded character does.
