Raanan had more to report on the incident, including noting that Rosas was driving around 100 miles per hour and that he ran from the scene:
Police report states Aldrick Rosas ran from the scene — bare foot — after witnesses saw him drive erratically + running red light at an estimate of 100 mph. When found … hands, legs and feet covered in blood. Treated at local hospital. Alcohol impairment believed to be factor

Rosas was also reportedly driving erratically, ran a red light and was found covered in blood. He was believed to be driving under the influence.
This certainly is not good for Rosas. It would not be surprising at all if the Giants decide to cut ties with the kicker.
In 2018, Rosas made 32-for-33 of his field goal attempts, for a 97 percent conversion rate. This resulted in the Giants choosing to re-sign him after the season. However, in 2019, the kicker made just 12 of his 17 field goal attempts, or 70.6 percent.
It is really hard to imagine the Giants do not let Rosas go. Even if this was on the heels of his 2018 season, keeping a player after an incident like this is not very likely.
The fact that he's coming off the worst year in his career makes it even more likely that the Giants part ways with Rosas as a result of Tuesday's arrest. Many teams have a zero-tolerance policy for arrests and illegal activity, particularly when it comes to players who are not crucial to a team's on-field success.
We'll wait and see what the Giants ultimately decide to do with Rosas and if indeed his career with New York will come to an end.
