It turns out that Odell Beckham Jr.'s eccentric touchdown celebration in Week 3 drew more than just a flag for unsportsmanlike conduct.

The New York Giants wide receiver, who emulated peeing like a dog for his latest TD antics, now finds himself in his team's doghouse, with Giants owner John Mara very unhappy regarding the situation.

The same goes for head coach Ben McAdoo, who joined Beckham in a closed-door meeting with Mara on Wednesday to discuss the matter. McAdoo, as the overseer of his team, was just as disappointed in Beckham's actions and took blame for the lack of discipline he'd instilled unto his players:

To rectify the issue, McAdoo is prepared to take action should his star receiver or any of his players pull off another obscene celebration that could hurt the team's reputation and chances of winning:

Speaking with Greg Johnson of the Trentionian, however, Beckham stated that his only regret was that he caused a penalty for his team rather than the way he displayed his celebration.

“Only thing is just causing the penalty for the team. That’s really it… I don’t even know if they knew to call the flag or not because the look of confusion on their face was, ‘Do we throw the flag or not?’ And then, it was kind of just like, they threw the flag. So, only regret is costing us 15 yards, having to cover a long kickoff.”

Beckham, with his flashy personality and history of borderline-explicit expressions, is bound to create more headlines with future TD celebrations. Everybody needs to hold on tight, as OBJ's is ready to reveal his next masterpiece:

“I don’t really know how [the NFL's policy] works, but I do know going forward I have a lot better celebration[s].”
