The New York Giants made the decision to turn the future of their franchise over to rookie quarterback Daniel Jones ahead of last week's game. Eli Manning was sent to the bench and things worked out.

Jones ended up leading the Giants to a shocking comeback win over the Buccaneers. Heading into this week's matchup against the NFC East rival Washington Redskins, Jones knew he needed to have a big game. He has responded well.

On the first drive of the game for New York, Jones found running back Wayne Gallman for a touchdown. Take a look at the play for yourself:

Needless to say, Danny Dimes has taken control of the team and it doesn't appear that he has any interest in looking back. New York has a legitimate franchise quarterback for the future with this kid.
