The Memphis Grizzlies have shown potential the last two years. Now, they're living up to it. Memphis is on a 10-game winning streak behind the young talents of Ja Morant, Desmond Bane and Jaren Jackson Jr.

Morant, in particular, has shined this season. The third-year floor general is averaging 24.9 points and 6.7 assists on very impressive efficiency, sporting a 48.9 field-goal percentage and 37.9 percent 3-point percentage. When he isn't seemingly levitating, he's slashing through the defense and lighting up the stat sheet.

After taking down the Golde State Warriors for the second time this season, Morant took to Twitter to proclaim that the Grizzlies will be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.

With a 29-14 record, the Grizzlies own the fourth seed in the Western Conference by a significant chunk. In the standings, they're closer to the top seed than they are to the fifth seed. They rank in the top 10 in both offensive and defensive efficiency behind Morant and his group of young, skilled supporting pieces.

Bane, who is showing tremendous improvement this season, possesses perimeter shooting skills that are a perfect compliment to Morant's otherworldly rim-attacking style of play. Jackson, De'Anthony Melton and Steven Adams have filled their roles admirably. Memphis is enjoying this stretch of dominance almost entirely without Dillon Brooks, one of their better scorers. When he gets going again, the Grizzlies could keep scorching the NBA.

All of the Grizzlies' key players are under 25 years of age. Their future is very bright and the league should take notice.
