Dennis Schroder hasn't specifically requested a trade, but he has made it pretty clear that things need to change, or he wants to move on from the Atlanta Hawks. As the Atlanta Hawks Reddit pointed out, he has unfollowed the Hawks on Instagram and has deleted every post that was related to the team.

This comes a day after, Schroder told the German media, that he would be talking to the Hawks front office soon, about his future on the team.
Schroder told David Hein that he had interest in staying with the Hawks if the organization starts to move in the right direction. He continued to say that he can't continue to play his prime on a team that is second to last in the Eastern Conference.

He also said that if he the team decides to move on, there are a few times that he would be interested in going to.

Schroder is already good friends with Victor Oladipo so the Indiana Pacers would make sense for him. Schroder also really likes the direction that the Bucks are heading, and he would actually probably be a very good fit there.
Schroder is owed $46.5 million over the next three years, and that could be a sticking point for some teams looking to trade for him. He has played well for the Hawks, but he hasn't taken the step forward that many expected he would when he signed that extension. This will play out more over the next few weeks, but this could be headed towards an ugly divorce.
