Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young will return to practice on Monday and is expected to return to the starting lineup on Tuesday against the San Antonio Spurs, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.

Young initially rolled his ankle in the first of two games against the Miami Heat, exiting after only 11 minutes of play. While the injury looked pretty serious at first, the diagnosis later on revealed only a sprain, allowing Young to come back the following week.

Due to scheduling, Young was fortunate enough to miss only one game, while getting a full week of recovery with the injury.

Young had been off to a rousing start of the season, scoring 38, 39, and 25 points in his first three games of the season, mustering only five points before his early exit last Tuesday.

The point guard survived a potentially-scary injury after landing awkwardly on the foot of Justise Winslow, now available to return to his team after three straight losses.

The Hawks will play the Chicago Bulls and the Sacramento Kings next after hosting the Spurs, finishing their week with a road game against the Portland Trail Blazers, which will begin the first of five road encounters for the week to come.
