Atlanta Hawks star Trae Young is the latest victim of a social media hack, with his Twitter account recently going bonkers with a host of odd and NSFW tweets.

Here's a sampling of just some of the tweets the hacker sent from Young's official account, which was clearly not under his control at the time:

The tweets have since been deleted, so clearly Trae Young and his team have control of the account again.

Young himself has yet to make a statement about the apparent hack, but he's likely going to come out to clear the air soon enough.

Young was one of the biggest stars who missed out on the Orlando bubble. His Hawks entered the hiatus with a miserable 20-47 record, which left them out of the top 22 sides invited to the Disney World campus. As a matter of fact, only three teams were below Atlanta in the final standings. Needless to say, it was another disappointing campaign for the Hawks in 2019-20.

Trae Young earned his first All-Star appearance this year, averaging 29.6 points (on 43.7 percent shooting), 4.3 rebounds, 9.3 assists, and 1.1 steals. The 22-year-old also knocked down 3.4 triples per contest on a 36.1 percent clip.

There is much to look forward to for the Hawks this offseason, including their possession of the sixth overall pick in the draft. Should they opt to use it, they should be able to add another young talent to their already formidable core. The future is bright in Atlanta.
