Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young was convinced that being up six points with less than a minute to go is already a win in the bag. However, he must have forgotten that he's in the NBA where leads, especially single-digit ones, can disappear in a matter of seconds.

Young yells “it's over!” as the Hawks led by six points with 59.9 seconds left. Young believed that his assist which led to the slam was the dagger and they were well on their way to successfully sealing a road win.

But as it turned out, Young was completely off the mark with his forecast.

The six-point lead wasn't a safe-enough cushion for the impressive Heat squad. They forced the game to overtime and then mounted a 22-0 run in the extra period to put the Hawks away for good and shut Trae Young.

Indeed, this is a good reminder for Young that he's playing in the NBA where no lead is safe until the final buzzer.
