Miami Heat legend Dwyane Wade is a big fan of Ice Cube's BIG3 league.

Wade says the BIG3 gives players the platform to perform and make it back to the NBA.

ESPN reported on Wednesday Joe Johnson, who has been killing it in the BIG3, is receiving interest from multiple NBA teams.

Ice Cube wants Dwyane Wade to play in the BIG3, but the former Heat star doesn't have interest. Wade is enjoying retirement and spending time with his wife and kids.

Joe Johnson is garnering interest from the Philadelphia 76ers, Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers, New Orleans Pelicans and Denver Nuggets. It would be a great moment for the BIG3 if Johnson is able to get back in the NBA because of his performance in the three-on-three league.

After Wade retired from the NBA, the Heat were in need of a new franchise player. Miami president Pat Riley wasted no time getting that player.

The Heat acquired four-time All-Star small forward Jimmy Butler this summer from the Sixers. Butler and Wade are very close friends off the court. Butler reportedly was in awe of Wade's final home game in South Beach and told his friends he could see himself playing for the Heat.
