The Miami Heat are the proud owners of the best record in the East right now and they are one of the favorites to come out of the conference come playoffs time. The scary thing about this squad is that they're just about to get better.

According to ESPN's Jorge Sedano, Victor Oladipo is now looking as good as ever as the former All-Star closes in on his season debut for the Heat:

“I heard he looks fantastic, Zach, like unbelievable,” Sedano said on Tuesday's episode of The Lowe Post podcast.

This is definitely something to get excited about for Miami fans everywhere. Oladipo may no longer be as explosive as he once was, but there's no denying that he could play a significant role for the team once he gets fully healthy. Last season, the former second overall pick managed just four games for the Heat before going down with an injury, and he's hoping to significantly improve on this tally this year.

Oladipo is currently with Miami's G League affiliate in the Sioux Falls Skyforce where he has been assigned to practice with the squad. There is currently no firm timetable for his return to action, but there have been reports of Oladipo potentially making his season debut in mid-March. That's now just a couple of weeks away and if everything goes according to plan then the Heat are just about to get a major boost for the remainder of the season.
