Popstar Ariana Grande will be headlining the Fortnite Rift Tour. Additionally, she will also become a playable character in Fortnite through the Icon Series. The official page reads: “From August 6-8, take a musical journey into magical new realities where Fortnite and Ariana Grande collide. Her spectacular show will air 5 different times. Dive into the Rift Tour.”

Players that want to experience the in-game concert should remember to update their games to v17.30 before the event. The concert is open to all players, old and new, absolutely free. All you'll need to do is enter the Battle Royale mode during your preferred showtime. Epic Games also advises players to load up Fortnite an hour before their desired showtime. The Rift Tour playlist is expected to go live 30 minutes before each show. Also, before Ariana Grande's arrival, there will be Fortnite-themed experiences for players. This involves “pairing popular tracks with moments based on elements from the game.”
The schedules for the five shows are as follows:
- Friday, August 6 (6:00 PM ET)
- Saturday, August 7 (2:00 PM ET)
- Sunday, August 8 (12:00 AM ET)
- Sunday, August 8 (10:00 AM ET)
- Sunday, August 8 (6:00 PM ET)
Special new items for the Fortnite Rift Tour will also be available in the in-game store. This includes the Ariana Grande Outfit and the Piggy Smallz Back Bling. Players who attend the event will receive the Cuddly Cloudcruiser commemorative umbrella. Additionally, there will be in-game quests with exclusive rewards for the Rift Tour.
Fortnite is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Android, and PC. Die-hard Ariana Grande fans shouldn't miss it.
