Philadelphia 76ers star Ben Simmons has now listed his New Jersey Mansion for $5 million. Simmons also listed his condo in Philadelphia for sale a few weeks ago.

The drama between the Sixers and Ben Simmons doesn't look like it's going to be resolved any time soon. It has lasted all summer and at this point, it's a waiting game until the 76ers trade him.

Simmons mansion is in Moorestown NJ. The mansion–located at the end of a cul-de-sac–features five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 10,477 square feet.

Ben has some interesting photos in his house, including SLAM Magazine covers, jerseys, and a sign that says “Simmo Savage.”

Many Sixers fans would say he's being the opposite of a “savage”.

Ben Simmons would net a significant profit from the $2.28 million he paid for the New Jersey property if he gets the full ask. He has reportedly purchased a 12,000-square-foot, modern farmhouse in Hidden Hills, CA for $17.5 million.

Ben doesn't want to be in Philadelphia and if you couldn't tell that already from his attitude, him listing his properties seals the deal. Simmons still hasn't played a game for the 76ers this season and it is unclear when he will return. His teammates have come out recently and given him all the support he needs while he battles through whatever he is going through. Philadelphia has played well despite his absence and is currently 2-1.

The Sixers travel to Madison Square Garden on Tuesday where they will take on the New York Knicks. Ben Simmons will not be with the team.
