The Cavaliers beat the Mavericks 113-110 in an epic comeback and Jarrett Allen wants the doubters to know that they're still a contender. Cleveland managed to beat the Mavs without the services of Darius Garland, Evan Mobely and Donovan Mitchell and Allen told Cleveland.com that people shouldn't sleep on them.

“As long as we can hold down the fort until we get healthy again, that’s what we’re looking forward to. Can’t discount this team, we’re ready to play every single night. We’re gonna step up to every single matchup and give it our all.”

It's hard to disagree with Allen, seeing that the Cavs are 4-1 without Garland and Mobely and 2-1 without Mitchell. They're also 5-1 overall over the past six games.

Jarrett Allen himself was a huge reason for the win, finishing the game with 24 points and 23 rebounds. According to Isaac Okoro in a quote obtained by Cleveland.com, Allen steps up when he's in Texas.

“I made a joke to JA, saying anytime he comes to somewhere in Texas, he just starts hooping. He’s always hoopin’, but when he comes to Dallas, Houston, he gets up for those games.”

Allen wasn't the only productive contributor for the Cavs last night. Caris Lavert led the scoring effort for Cleveland with 29 points off the bench and hit the shot that put the Cavs back in the lead, officially sealing the comeback. Okoro and Georges Niang also contributed well for Cleveland, scoring 22 points and 16 points respectively. Lavert, Niang, and Okoro also hit 12 of the team's 17 three-pointers, a major factor to their miraculous comeback.

The Cavs are showing their amazing depth, continuing to rack up wins as they look to have their main contributors back in the lineup soon.
