With 8:47 left in the fourth quarter of Game 4 in the Eastern Conference Finals, LeBron James made a move that left the fans inside Quicken Loans Arena in awe, and reminded them of a similar play Michael Jordan did back in the 1990s.

The King found himself isolated with Jaylen Brown defending him, and faked a spin move, before turning to the other side and hammering down a vicious slam.

It was one of best plays on the night, but the Boston Celtics rookie was not sold that he did it without carrying the ball. However, Brown did not criticize the referees for not calling it, and said he and his team need to move forward and focus on winning Game 5 on Thursday in their home floor.

“I couldn't see, but I knew it was something,” said Brown, whose answer can be seen in the video at the top of this post. “Because I was guarding him, forcing him to the baseline, and I was forcing him to the fadeaway. It looked like he was about to take it. And then he put the ball back down on the ground or carried it and brought it around. And the ref was standing right there. I'm expecting him to make the call, but he didn't. I mean, it happens. It's a part of the game. Refs miss calls, whatever. It's OK. Just come back, try to weather the storm. And Game 5, we've gotta win.”

For what it's worth, the Celtics did not lose on that lone play, as the Cleveland Cavaliers outscored them 23 points in the second half. Much of the blame can be placed on their lack of defensive intensity, which was not the same after the halftime break.

If they still want to extend the series and even advance to the NBA Finals, the C's will need to play like how they did in Game 3. Their ball movement throughout that match was incredible then, which allowed them to take a number of open shots. Their defense on James was also executed well, as they limited him to only 11 points.
