The Utah Jazz go on the road to take on the Milwaukee Bucks Monday night. Below we will continue with our NBA odds series as we hand out a Jazz-Bucks prediction and pick. We will also let you know how to watch the game.

The Jazz have won four of their last five games, and improved their record to 17-20. In those games, the Jazz have beaten some good teams in the 76ers, Mavericks, and Heat. Utah is led by Lauri Markannen. He averages 23.6 points per game, and 8.4 rebounds. Even more impressively, Markannen is shooting 49.4 precent from the floor, and 38.5 percent from three. Utah will need him to play his best game Monday night.

The Bucks are 25-11, but have bene frustrated lately. Milwaukee has lost three of their last five with losses against the Pacers twice, and the Rockets. Giannis Antetokounmpo is averaging 31.6 points, 11.5 rebounds, 5.7 assists, 1.3 steals, and 1.2 blocks per game this season. Damian Lillard is enjoying a solid first season in Milwaukee as he is scoring 25.1 points per game, and leads the team with 6.9 assists per game. As a team, the Bucks are still playing well despite their ‘cold' stretch.

Why The Jazz Could Cover The Spread

The Jazz are not only playing well in their last five games, but they are 7-3 in their last 10. Utah has been playing very well, and have become contenders to make the Play-In Tournament as the season progresses. In those 10 games, the Jazz are scoring 121.1 points per game while shooting 48.3 percent from the field. This is something the Jazz have to continue doing if they want to win this game on the road.

It is very possible for the Jazz to have another high-scoring game. The Bucks allow 119.5 points per game, which is the seventh-most in the NBA. This is mainly because the Bucks allow opponents to pick up the pace. Milwaukee allows the most shot attempts per game. If the Jazz can just knock down their shots, they should be able to win this game, or at least cover the spread.

Why The Bucks Could Cover The Spread

The Bucks are a good team, and it is evident with Giannis and Lillard. These two players are going to have to have big games if the Bucks want to get back in the win column. The Jazz allow the eighth-most points per game, fifth-most shots per game, and fourth-most threes made per game. The Bucks are going to have a great chance to score the basketball, they just have to knock down their shots. If they can do this, they will win this game.

With the Jazz giving up that many threes per game, keep an eye on Malik Beasley. Beasley is one of the best three-point shooters in the NBA as he shoots 47.1 percent from deep. Do not be surprised to see Beasley get his shots off in this game. If he can get hot, it is going to be very hard for the Jazz to keep up with the Bucks.

Final Jazz-Bucks Prediction & Pick

Yes, the Bucks are struggling and the Jazz are playing well. However, I like the Bucks to win this game. With Giannis and Lillard, I think the Bucks will put up a lot of points. Especially if Beasley can knock down four or five threes of his own. With this, the spread is large. I am not sure I trust the Bucks to win by 11 or more points, so I will take the Jazz in this game to cover the spread.

Final Jazz-Bucks Prediction & Pick: Jazz +11 (-110), Under 246.5 (-110)
