Donovan Mitchell and the Jazz have truly taken the league by storm this season, and incredible plays like what Mitchell showed is clear proof how confidently Quin Snyder's team is playing as they lead the whole NBA.

After Wednesday's game, the Jazz now boast an NBA-best 26-6 record. They are also  the only team whose losses are at single digits, with the Los Angeles Clippers coming in next in the overall standings at 23-11.

Mitchell struggled against the Lakers, finishing with only 13 points on 4-of-16 shooting. However, he did record 10 rebounds, eight assists and two steals.

It was a balanced effort for Utah, as seven players scored in double digits while no one made more than 20 points. Rudy Gobert and Jordan Clarkson led the way with 18 each, while Bogdan Bogdanovic ended up with 15.

The victory  also marked the Jazz's second straight win after losing to the Clippers last Friday.
