Donovan Mitchell gifted Utah fans with a highlight to remember for Christmas. The Utah Jazz guard rose up for an insane alley-oop flush in the first quarter of their Christmas Day showdown against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Rudolph, is that you in the sky? Everything about the play was spectacular from the catch, to the hang time, and of course the finish.

Forward Jae Crowder had the ball in transition and saw his 6-foot-3 guard streaking toward the basket. Crowder threw the lob from half-court, which actually seemed too far to reach. However, it wasn't a problem for Mitchell, who showcased his hang time and athleticism to make the incredible one-handed catch and threw it down with two hands.

More than the highlight, the Jazz also rewarded their fans with a win, their second romping of the Blazers within the week. Utah cruised to the 117-96 victory and had control of pretty much the entire game. It was a balanced attack and a complete team effort as seven Jazz players finished in double figures.

Mitchell led all Utah scorers with 19 points on 8-of-18 shooting, while adding two rebounds, and two assists. Defensive big man Rudy Gobert also hosted his very own Christmas Special Block party, as he swatted away a season-high seven blocks, to go along with his 18 points and 14 rebounds.

Today's game marked the first time in over two decades that Utah was featured in the NBA Christmas Day lineup. Fans in Salt Lake City have to be ecstatic to see their Jazz shine and deliver under the bright lights.
