The Jets are still seeking their first win of the season and have been simply abysmal through four weeks, prompting widespread calls for the dismissal of head coach Adam Gase. After the Cardinals matchup, the Jets are supposed to travel across the country to take on the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, Oct. 18. Arizona is scheduled to face the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football at AT&T Stadium on Oct. 19 for their Week 6 game.
There will surely be more updates throughout the day on Friday as the Jets and the NFL determine the best course of action.
