Arguably the best quarterback in the draft—now and at other times as soon as a month ago—UCLA's Josh Rosen now finds himself in uncharted territory.

ESPN's Mel Kiper Jr. revealed his latest mock draft and it has Rosen surprisingly outside of the top 10.

Kiper still has Josh Allen going No. 1 to the Cleveland Browns, the blockbuster surprise of his mock that he's sticking to.

At No. 2, the New York Giants bypass the quarterback and go with superhuman Saquon Barkley while rolling with two-time Super Bowl champion Eli Manning. The Denver Broncos luck out with Sam Darnold No. 5 and the New York Jets surprisingly take Baker Mayfield as the third arm of the board.

Many still consider Rosen to be the top QB of the loaded class and at the very least, he's usually coming in as the third guy off the board ahead of Mayfield. To have Rosen going to the Miami Dolphins at No. 11 is a shocker.

Ryan Tannehill is still employed, but holding both he and Rosen would not be an issue. These aren't the old draft days that see top 10 quarterbacks raking in megabucks ready to compete with the vets of the league. All of these top picks are slotted in terms of salary and a number totaled by Tannehill and Rosen wouldn't destroy the Phins salary cap.

The other factor yet to be determined is the end result of free agency. Kirk Cousins, AJ McCarron and Case Keenum are just three of the big names that can make a world of difference for each QB-hungry team in the top 10 of the draft.
