The Kevin Durant sweepstakes is underway, even if the Thunder's superstar hasn't given much, if any, thought to it yet. However, there's at least one rumored team who found out in 2014 that Durant wouldn't be coming to town.
According to Bruce Arthur of the Toronto Star, Durant won't be considering the Toronto Raptors as a possible destination in free agency.
From Arthur:
“Kevin Durant told this team’s intermediaries two years ago he wasn’t coming, but Tim Leiweke kept the PR campaign going as long as he could.”

Arthur detailed how Toronto is one of the most-liked destinations for traveling players in the NBA, but they've been unable to attract any superstar talents on the free agent market so far.
Back in 2014 when KD's reps told the Raptors organization that he wouldn't be coming to play there, Drake cost the team $25K after making a comment about Durant at a concert.

There's no shortage of other teams reportedly vying for Durant's services; the chances he would've gone to Toronto were slim before this anyway.
