For being a part of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ “Big Three,” Kevin Love had a fairly disappointing Finals series, to say the least.

In the six Finals games Love played (he missed Game 3 due to injury), Love averaged just 8.5 points and 6.8 rebounds in just over 26 minutes per game. In contrast, during the regular season Love averaged 16 points and 9.9 rebounds. Quite a drop off from what we saw over the regular season. However, he also averaged over 31 minutes and 5.7 3-point attempts per game. Throughout the Finals, Love never shot more than five 3-pointers in a single game.

Fortunately for K-Love, he has one of the greatest players in NBA history on his team in LeBron James. With help from Kyrie Irving, LeBron was able to rally his teammates and become the first franchise ever to come back from a 3-1 deficit in the Finals. And no one is more thankful than Kevin Love, as illustrated in this recent Instagram post.
