Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that former Sacramento Kings point guard Mike Bibby is jacked now.

Bibby, who played six and a half seasons for the Kings, says he loves to work out and is always in the gym:

“I’m always working out,” Bibby told Kings.com. “In the morning, I do full-body lifts for three hours, three days a week, and the other two days, with bands. I go to the gym and play (basketball) later in the day and do some more drills at night.

“I was always built like this; it’s just (NBA teams) never wanted me to lift. That’s what I do. I love lifting weights, I love to workout and I love extra work.”

Mike Bibby finished his Kings career with averages of 17.6 points, 3.2 rebounds and 5.5 assists in 476 games. He never made the All-Star team, but Bibby was a great player with the Kings and provided some memorable moments for the Sacramento fans back in the day.

The Kings haven’t made the playoffs since 2006. Bibby was on that team which lost to the San Antonio Spurs in the first round in six games.

Bibby averaged 14.7 points and 5.5 assists in his NBA career. He will always be loved in Sacramento.
