The Luke Walton era with the Sacramento Kings continues to build steam with a recent report emerging that the announcement of Walton's coaching staff is imminent.

According to Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee, supporters should expect an announcement within the next few days.

The Kings are likely to introduce Luke Walton’s new coaching staff in the days ahead, a league source told The Sacramento Bee on Thursday.

Kings fans can “expect an announcement soon,” the source said, speaking on condition of anonymity because a formal announcement had not been made.

The search for Walton's staff has been kept under wraps by the team, and to date, there has been very little information, if any, that has been made public.

Nevertheless, this is definitely a step towards the right direction for both the Kings and Walton. It seems that both parties remain set on working hand-in-hand towards the development of a young and promising Kings side that performed well beyond expectations last season. This is despite how Walton's tenure with his new team was rocked by controversy even before it officially got underway.

A few weeks ago, Walton's name was linked to sexual harassment allegations, which he vehemently denied. Nonetheless, this is a very serious accusation, and certainly something that no one would like to get involved in.

With this recent report pertaining to Walton's coaching staff, Sacramento appear to be behind their new coach one hundred percent, and are not letting these malicious allegations get in the way of their plans for the upcoming season.
