Sacramento Kings point guard Yogi Ferrell knocked down an incredible 70-foot jumper just before the halftime buzzer sounded in Friday's preseason matchup against the Indiana Pacers in Mumbai, India.

Ferrell received the ball in transition with time in the half running out. He quickly pushed the ball up the floor, then heaved his shot from well beyond the half-court line. Some thought he traveled in the process. Either way, the shot went right in. It was his only basket of the first half, but it sure was nice:

Ferrell, now 26 years of age, will be looking to make his mark with the Kings in the coming season. The former Indiana Hoosier made 71 appearances with the Kings last season (three starts), racking up averages of 5.9 points on 43.5 percent shooting from the field (36.2 percent from beyond the arc), 1.9 assists and 1.5 rebounds in 15.0 minutes per outing.

The Kings and Pacers are taking part in the first NBA game to be played in India. The two sides are set to meet again in Mumbai on Saturday:

“Our inaugural NBA India Games will help further untap the enormous basketball potential in a country with a thriving sports culture and a growing, young and engaged population,” NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said via CNN last December when the Mumbai games were first announced.

The Kings and Pacers are certainly putting on quite a show for the fans in India.
