A Fox Sports 1 ad has been spotted around New York City subways, reminding New Yorkers of the negativity the Knicks have been associated with for the past couple of decades.

With graphics of flush orange, blue, and white letters, the ad described the Knicks as “hopeless” as people made their way inside the shuttle.

Even the interior has been donned with the Knicks' orange and blue as FS1 branded this “Pick A Side” on the actual sitting portion while the back branded Joakim Noah's jersey and quotes like “sit here if you're hopeless,” “nothing will change until Dolan sells the team,” and the killer of all “the high point of the last 25 years was the movie Eddie.”

While this seems to be a sort of advertisement for a new TV show, it does paint the team in a bad light. Other Twitter users suggested there is also another side of this campaign which has a different concept about the Knicks, but photos are yet to surface.

Noah inked a four-year, $72 million contract last offseason and has proven to be more of a liability after multiple injuries, poor on-court performance, and even a suspension. Tim Hardaway Jr. earned a huge four-year, $71 million deal only two years after the Knicks traded him to the Atlanta Hawks, making that the biggest offseason acquisition the team could muster this summer.
