Obi Toppin just put Eric Paschall on a sick poster. The New York Knicks rookie almost tore the rim in a monster baseline slam to keep the Golden State Warriors at bay on Thursday night. Toppin went way up and ended up flushing a one-handed jam with Paschal being nowhere near him. Paschal is probably regretting he even challenged this one as he ended up being on the wrong side of an Obi Toppin poster.

Check out Toppin's highlight here (via Knicks on MSG):

The 22-year old hasn't been able to showcase his full potential so far in his debut season with the Knicks. He's hoping that plays like this get him going as he earns his minutes as a backup forward for head coach Tom Thibodeau.

After being picked by the Knicks as their eighth overall pick in the 2020 Draft, Toppin's NBA career has gotten off to a rough start.

The high-flyer strained his calf in the season opener against the Indiana Pacers and had to sit out the Knicks' next 10 games. Thursday's game against the Warriors was just his fifth game back as he continues to find his spot in the team's rotation.

Coming into the game, Toppin was just averaging five points per game on 36% shooting in 12 minutes per outing for the Knicks.

He can now add this emphatic poster to his early-season returns. The young athletic forward is looking to get his reps in as he continues his young journey with the Knicks this season.
