New York Knicks forward Julius Randle was on the sidelines watching his little son play some ball. However, from the looks of it, his son might need to learn the rules of the sport before actually playing.

Randle shared a clip of his son who hilariously tackled his own teammate during a basketball game. The Knicks forward immediately approached his son and probably reminded him that they're playing basketball, not American football.

It's hard to imagine what was running through Julius Randle's mind during that whole ordeal. After all, basketball is the sport he truly loves the most and has allowed him to reach a certain level of fame and fortune. But yet, his very own son seems confused at what basketball is.

Be as it may, it's definitely a tender and funny moment — something that the Knicks big man and his son will look back on while sharing a good laugh.

For what it's worth, Utah Jazz star Donovan Mitchell had a hilarious reaction to the video, noting that he can't blame mini-Randle for doing that since the teammate was not passing the ball.
